David had integrity. Jesus is a better David.

The story of the Red Sea crossing is a story redemption. After God delivered the Israelites out of Egypt they are put in a place where they seemingly have no way out. But God showing his glory reveals his power once again by parting the Res Sea and delivering them out of the hands of the Egyptians.

Moses was raised in privilege being adopted by Pharaoh's daughter, yet knowing his Hebrew roots and seeing the injustice they were receiving by the Egyptians he sinned in his anger, murdering an Egyptian slave master. Moses had to flee Egypt in fear of being killed. He spent 40 years in the desert where God prepared him for what He had planned for Moses, delivering the Nation of Israel from Egypt.
